Come summer besides running our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, we sell our produce at our on-farm stand from 9 am - 1 pm on Saturdays from late June through October. Produce at our on-farm market includes many of the items in the CSA boxes as well as items with which we are experimenting for the CSA and other specialty crops that may be delivered once or twice in the CSA boxes and often fall into one of two camps: “I can't get enough of” and “If I never have it again that will be too soon.” Eggplant, kohlrabi and Swiss chard come to mind. We try and list every week what will be at the market under our what's Available now page.
In November and December you can find us at the Milwaukee County Winter Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings from 8 am to noon. The Winter Market will be at a new location next winter so keep up with this change. We also make home deliveries and sell off the farm on a pre-order basis during the non-CSA season (see Available now page).
We also sell to select area restaurants including La Merenda, Sanford, MATC's Cuisine, Amaranth Bakery & Cafe, Juniper 61, and Hinterland.
